No attorney-client relationship

ICLE's Elder Law Certificate is awarded by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education for completing a course of study. None of these is a specialist certification by the State Bar of Michigan or by any court, and Michigan does not certify attorneys as specialists.

The firm is a law firm. It does not provide information-technology, network-security or software services.

Fees and pricing

Fees shown on this site are published to help you understand likely costs. They are not an offer or a contract, and they may change without notice. The fee, the scope of work, any payment plan and any credit or preferred rate for your matter are set only by your written fee agreement with the firm.

Flat fees are based on the information you provide at the start. If a matter turns out to involve facts, assets, parties or work that were not disclosed or could not reasonably have been expected, the fee may need to be adjusted. Any change is explained and agreed in writing before additional work is done.

Preferred rates, group rates and upgrade credits depend on eligibility and on conditions the firm confirms before representation begins. Court costs, filing fees, recording fees and other third-party expenses are separate unless your written agreement says otherwise.
