Business succession belongs in the estate-planning conversation.

Transparent contract review pricing

Physician employment contract review

Defined-scope review options for physicians evaluating an employment opportunity. Other business, contract, and selected civil matters are generally billed at the firm's standard attorney rate of $350 per hour; a flat fee may be available when the scope can be reasonably defined in advance.

Basic Review

$750flat fee

Review of the employment agreement with a written analysis identifying potential red flags, unusual language, compensation concerns, termination provisions, post-employment restrictions, malpractice insurance responsibilities, call coverage requirements, and other terms that may affect your career, compensation, or future opportunities.

Comprehensive Review

$1,250flat fee

Everything in the Enhanced Review, plus due diligence regarding the prospective employer using reasonably available public information, which may include corporate records, litigation history, licensing and regulatory information, ownership information, workplace reputation, news reports, and other publicly available information relevant to evaluating the proposed employment relationship.

Standard review pricing. These flat fees apply to typical physician employment agreements. Agreements involving unusual length or complexity, multiple related agreements, partnership or ownership arrangements, equity interests, or other substantial additional review may require an adjusted fee. If an adjustment is necessary, the scope and fee will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work is undertaken.

Public-information limitation. Employer due diligence is limited to information reasonably available through public records and other accessible sources. Public-source review cannot guarantee discovery of all material information, undisclosed liabilities, ongoing investigations, future developments, or non-public matters.
